How to correctly perform SPARTAN CHALLENGE 400?
SINGLE WHIPS
100 whips on knees, no resistance, marker on the ground at 6 m (20 ft) from the anchor point, power movements, lots of energy
FROG JUMPS
Use one rope with hip-belt, start marker at 6 m (20 ft), you have to cross marker at 11 m (36 ft) from the anchor point, 3 power jumps in a row, return back and repeat till you count 50 frog jumps
SPIRAL WHIPS
50 whips outside, 50 whips inside, on knees, stand at start marker at 6 m (20 ft), powerful movements
SPRINTS
Use one rope (women), 2 ropes (men) with hip-belt, start marker at 6 m (20 ft), end marker at 11 m (36 ft) from the anchor point, 50 sprints full of power. You always have to cross both markers to make it count.
DOUBLE WHIPS
100 standing power slams, stand at start marker at 6 m (20 ft), 20 whips and 0.5m (1.5 ft) step back, 20 whips and 0.5 m (1.5 ft) step back… Step back half a meter every 20 whips till you count 100 reps.
